The Conductor collects tickets or tokens from the riders and pulls a lever for each ticket, increasing the numbers on the Fare Register. In this exercise, you get to figure out how many fares each Conductor collects.

In the interest of your health and safety and ours, the Museum remains closed to the public until further notice. COVID-19 infection continues to be a significant problem in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties and residents are still asked to limit their public activities. Once COVID-19 infections in Montgomery County taper to pre-defined levels, we will know from public health advisories and local policies when we will be able to invite you to the Museum.
Our usual hours are:
Open Every Weekend Year 'Round
Saturdays & Sundays, 12 n to 5 p.m.
Thursdays & Fridays
June 18 to August 14
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
